How It Works
Your Journey
Two routes in, one process. Whether you are ordering a single run or a full trade order, your job passes through the same seven steps and the same physical sample approval — only the clock changes. Knowing the route before you start means you can prepare rather than react.
Single Runs & Small Batches
The Retail Journey
A retail order runs 7 days from brief to final delivery. Nothing goes into production until you’ve approved a physical sample.
- 01Day 1
Brief
Submit product type, decoration method — embroidery or DTF — quantity, colours and deadline via Start A Project. This sets a fixed spec before any design work starts.
- 02Day 2
Sample Design
We turn the brief into print-ready artwork and a digital mockup on the chosen blank. You confirm placement, size and colours before anything is physically produced.
- 03Day 3
Sample Printing
One physical unit is produced to the approved artwork, method and blank — embroidery stitched or DTF pressed exactly as it will be for your order.
- 04Day 4
1st Delivery
The physical sample is shipped to you for hands-on inspection. This is the only checkpoint before production begins.
- 05Day 5
Testing
Check fit, fabric weight, and print or embroidery quality — including a wash test where relevant — to confirm it holds up under real use.
- 06Day 6
Approval
Sign off the sample as final, or flag changes. Changes return to step 02 and add another 2 days before a second sample ships — production does not start on an unapproved sample.
- 07Day 7
2nd & Final Delivery
Your order is produced to the approved spec and delivered in one final shipment.
7 days assumes approval at step 06 on the first sample. Each revision round adds 2 days.
Trade & Bulk Orders
The Wholesale Journey
A full wholesale order runs 14 days from brief to final delivery. Nothing goes into bulk production until you’ve approved a physical sample.
- 01Days 1–2
Brief
Submit product type, decoration method — embroidery or DTF — quantity, colours and deadline through the wholesale enquiry form. This sets a fixed spec before any design work starts.
- 02Days 3–4

- 03Days 5–6

One physical unit is produced to the approved artwork, method and blank — embroidery stitched or DTF pressed exactly as it will be for the full run.
- 04Days 7–8

- 05Days 9–10

- 06Days 11–12

- 07Days 13–14
2nd & Final Delivery
The full wholesale order is produced to the approved spec and delivered in one final shipment, ready for retail or resale.
14 days assumes approval at step 06 on the first sample. Each revision round adds 4 days.
Costs & Commitment
Payment
We will not move to production — or to sampling — until costs are agreed and payment terms are confirmed. The quote sets out exactly what you are buying. Any deposit amount and payment schedule are stated in the quote for that specific job; the figures vary with the scope of the order, so we do not publish a standard split here.
- What we need
- Sign-off on the quoted price and confirmation of payment. Any purchase-order reference if your business requires one.
- What you get
- A confirmed order. The job is now in the schedule and has a place in the production queue.
